Dixon Holedall, a proud division of The Dixon Group, is seeking a skilled CNC Journeyman Machinist to join our manufacturing team in Houston, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly experienced machinist who takes pride in craftsmanship, precision, and continuous improvement. In this role, you will work with advanced CNC and manual equipment to produce high-quality components in a safe, efficient, and team-oriented environment.

• Program, set up, and operate CNC (Computer Numerical Controlled) and manual machines.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Maintain tight tolerances and ensure products meet quality standards.
• Optimize machining processes to improve efficiency, tool life, and cycle times.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipment.
• Follow all established safety and quality procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 10+ years of hands-on CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in programming, setting up, and operating CNC mills and lathes (Mazak, Haas, or similar equipment preferred).
• Experience working with a variety of materials, including exotic metals and plastics.
• Strong skills in precision measurement, inspection techniques, and quality control.
• Technical certification, apprenticeship completion, or journeyman machinist program preferred.
• Formal CNC programming training (Mazatrol, Haas, Mastercam, or similar) a plus.
