Fluence Energy Global Production Operation, LLC is seeking an experienced engineer to lead the introduction and ramp-up of new contract manufacturing (CM) sites. This role will manage the manufacturing readiness process and ensure successful production transitions.
The ideal candidate will possess strong industrial engineering expertise and have a proven background in manufacturing NPI. Responsibilities include developing and tracking manufacturing KPIs, coordinating prototype activities, and collaborating with external partners to achieve production goals.
Expect 25-90% travel based on production stages, including potential international trips.
