Job Overview

This position is responsible for assisting the Supervisor in coordination of the daily responsibilities of the department by ensuring the Supervisor’s instructions are communicated to the team members and carried out timely and correctly.

Other duties include monitoring all equipment to ensure it is working properly and notifying the supervisor of any needed maintenance while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

• Assist Supervisor with daily departmental coordination.
• Communicate Supervisor’s instructions to team members.
• Monitor equipment for proper functioning.
• Notify Supervisor of maintenance needs.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
