Maintenance Engineer

What You’ll Do

• Support day-to-day maintenance operations across the manufacturing floor
• Delegate and monitor maintenance tasks, ensuring optimal equipment performance
• Train and develop maintenance team members to reach their highest potential
• Help manage and improve the Preventive Maintenance program
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching as needed
• Drive continuous improvements through strategic planning and project completion
• Collaborate with other department leaders to meet company goals
• Ensure documentation accuracy and adherence to safety/maintenance procedures
• Participate in annual budgeting and department strategy

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of production equipment and industrial systems
• Oil and Gas, Chemicals, Pulp or Paper background
• Ability to read and sketch mechanical drawings
• Solid computer skills (knowledge a plus)
• Excellent interpersonal, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, driven, and accountable
