What You’ll DoWe are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Manufacturing Planner to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate production schedules, material requirements, and manufacturing workflows to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of high‑quality microgrid systems. You will serve as the link between manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on customer orders, forecasts, and manufacturing capacity.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
- Monitor work‑in-progress (WIP) and adjust schedules to address delays, bottlenecks, or changes in demand.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to resolve manufacturing issues and support product launches.
- Review and analyze production data to identify trends, capacity constraints, and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare and distribute daily/weekly production status reports.
- Ensure all planning activities align with company quality standards, safety procedures, and EROCK Core Values.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of manufacturing planning, scheduling, or materials management experience.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP software (Net Suite, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and production documents.
- Attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and production planning tools.
- Ability to balance big‑picture production goals with day‑to‑day detail management.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment with changing priorities.
- Strong analytical skills to solve problems and anticipate challenges.
