Balance Staffing Company is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to optimize production processes within the Medium Voltage production team. The role involves capacity planning, cost management, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience in a heavy manufacturing environment and hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
The successful candidate will be involved in functional testing and will prepare CAPEX justifications for new technologies. Knowledge in lean manufacturing tools and CAD software is preferred.
