ICY Studios is expanding fast, and we’re looking for a Production Manager to lead our Houston warehouse. This role is built for someone who thrives on structure, accountability, and results. You’ll manage people, systems, and performance to ensure production runs at peak efficiency every single day.

• Oversee all daily production and warehouse operations to ensure a smooth workflow across departments.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of operators and associates to hit clear production targets.
• Build and maintain structure: scheduling, task assignments, and resource allocation.
• Identify bottlenecks, improve processes, and ensure zero downtime on machines or staff.
• Maintain quality control and safety standards on every job.
• Track production metrics and make data-driven adjustments to improve efficiency.
• Work directly with leadership to align production goals with company-wide priorities.

• Proven experience managing a production floor or warehouse (apparel or printing preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with an analytical mindset — you think in systems.
• Comfortable using production software or inventory management tools.
• Background in engineering, operations, or computers is a plus.
• Someone proactive, structured, and disciplined — you bring order to chaos.
