Pay: $18–$22/hr
Shifts- 1st Shift – 5:00 AM to 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift – 2:00 PM to 12:30 AM
We are looking for Electrical Assemblers to build and wire generator packages, switch gear, and control panels inside a climate-controlled manufacturing facility. This role involves hands-on electrical work, wiring, testing, and following detailed instructions to ensure high-quality builds.
Key Responsibilities- Complete point-to-point wiring and electrical terminations
- Assemble electrical components for generators, switch gear, and control panels
- Use electrical tools such as strippers, crimpers, and multimeters
- Follow written instructions and SOPs for all builds
- Perform continuity checks using a multimeter
- Support wiring tasks involving control panels, PLCs, relays, and generators
- Maintain safety and organization in the work area
- 1+ year point-to-point wiring
- 1+ year multimeter/continuity testing
- Skilled with wire strippers, crimpers, and basic electrical tools
- Able to read and follow work instructions/SOPs
- Experience with schematics, PLCs, relays, or switch gear is a plus
- Climate-controlled, clean facility

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, TX 77065.
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
