Pay: $18.00–$18.50 per hour | Weekly Pay
Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Openwork is hiring Manufacturing Technicians for a growing production facility in Houston. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, operating equipment, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:- Operate packaging equipment, including heat sealers and band sealers.
- Label, pack, and assemble products according to specifications.
- Perform quality inspections on finished products.
- Prepare materials for production runs.
- Follow work instructions and production schedules.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with basic equipment troubleshooting as needed.
- 1–2+ years of manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, or production experience preferred.
- Experience operating packaging equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
