Pay: $20.00 per hour | Weekly Pay
Schedule:
4:00 AM – 2:30 PM | 40–60 Hours per Week

Openwork is hiring a dependable Packaging Specialist for a growing metals manufacturing facility in Northeast Houston. Responsibilities:- Package finished products according to customer specifications.
- Use banding, strapping, and shrink-wrap equipment.
- Build and secure pallets for shipment.
- Measure and verify product dimensions and weights.
- Stage and move materials using a forklift as needed.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- 2+ years of manufacturing, packaging, or industrial experience required.
- Experience with packaging equipment and material handling.
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to lift 50–75 pounds and work in a physically active environment.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Must be clean-shaven for proper respirator fit.
- Must be able to wear a respirator throughout the shift.
- Must follow all required safety and hygiene procedures.
- Must pass pre-employment background and drug screenings.
