COATING OPERATOR (Night Shift)
Full Time Houston, TX, US

DESCRIPTION:(Including but not limited to) Key Functions:
- Perform Multiple tasks to include inspection, cleaning, masking, grit blasting, Glass Bead peening and coating of components
- Ability to use hand tools
- Ability to correctly use measuring devices (i.e. micrometers, Dial Indicators, etc.)
- Ability to follow, interpret and act on written and verbal job instructions, reports, technical manuals and data
- Operate coating booths as required
- Practice and ensure good shop safety practices
- Monitors tool and equipment calibration
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required
- 2-4 years of previous Thermal Spray operation experience
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to successfully communicate with others
- Ability to follow material control processes
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to lift 40 lbs unassisted
- Ability to operate fork trucks
- Able to stand for 8+ hour shifts
- Heavily focused attention to detail
