PRIMARY FUNCTION
This position is accountable for performing predictive maintenance tasks in a safe and efficient manner.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Perform all checks according to the preventive maintenance report.
- Prepare and organize all PM documents.
- Complete the reports after performing requested task or repair.
- Maintain all equipment in good and clean condition.
- Assist maintenance mechanics to perform repairs on machines.
- Accurate and efficient collection and analysis of data using more than one predictive technology.
- Generate work order tasks based on the analysis results.
- Work with management to suspend operation of any equipment determined to be at risk.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Support and/or participate in the organization’s Continuous Improvement Programs.
- Proactively participate in Safety Program.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Good working knowledge of tools and test equipment.
- General knowledge of machining equipment.
- Able to read and interpret drawings.
- Interact and share knowledge with others in a team environment.
- Planning and problem solving.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Some experience in maintenance or similar environment.
- Standing, bending, sitting, lifting up to 30#, squatting and walking for 8 to 10 hours per day.
- Exposure to Production Environment on a daily basis.

1st shift start time is 5am – starts at $20/hr depending on experience. Entry level experience may be acceptable depending on knowledge.
