Openwork is partnering with a growing manufacturer of steel and aluminum grating products to hire Panel Builders for their Night Shift operation. This position offers hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment where you'll help manufacture products used in commercial, industrial, and infrastructure applications. If you have manufacturing experience and enjoy working with your hands, this is an excellent opportunity to learn a specialized trade and build a long-term career.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assemble steel and aluminum grating panels according to production specifications.
• Position and align materials to ensure accurate assembly.
• Measure and verify dimensions using tape measures and other tools.
• Perform quality inspections throughout the production process.
• Assist with loading completed panels into a 24-foot press for final assembly.
• Follow work orders, production schedules, and safety procedures.
• Support material movement and production flow as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, machine operation, or production experience required.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
• Experience using hand tools and measuring devices preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in an industrial environment throughout the shift.
• Forklift or overhead crane experience is a plus.
• Dependable attendance and positive attitude.
• Team-oriented mindset and commitment to workplace safety.
