The Mechanical Assembler is responsible for manufacturing assemblies and sub‑assemblies according to established production procedures and production quality policies. The Mechanical Assembler must be familiar with both mechanical and electrical assembling basics to make the products. In this position he/she must be able to work with tools and equipment as well as calibrated instruments provided. With all the knowledge of tools and the product, he/she needs to show focus on the details, be organized when he/she is working and show craftsmanship in the production.
Duties & Responsibilities- Follow the established work instructions for unpacking crates, assembling, disassembling, picking, and packing medical imaging parts and products.
- Make sure to comply with safety, environment, health rules and quality requirements during the production process.
- Rework on the product when needed with instructions from supervisor or engineers.
- Maintain the equipment, tools and other instruments used periodically and participate in implementing 5S in the factory.
- Keep up with production schedule, meeting the deadlines and targets.
- Show good documentation practice in production records.
- Assist warehouse in checking and packing finished products.
The Mechanical Assembler is responsible for manufacturing and assembling medical imaging products according to established quality and production standards. They must also maintain equipment, adhere to safety protocols, and assist with inventory tasks like picking and packing.
EducationHigh school or above.
Experience- 2 years of experience in mechanic or electric assembling is preferred.
- Experience in working with mechanical tools.
- Basic knowledge of electric safety.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with an awareness of deadlines and targets.
- Demonstrated commitment to accuracy and quality.
