• Operate and monitor industrial manufacturing equipment efficiently and safely.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and perform quality control checks to identify contamination and material defects.
• Follow all safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting to resolve minor equipment issues.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced production environment while meeting production goals.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor as needed.
• Maintain dependable attendance and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
• Follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Keep accurate records and perform basic math calculations related to production.
• Operate forklifts safely (forklift experience or certification required).
