Follow set up procedures in sanitation, making and packaging cheese and cream products in a safe manner to ensure product meets quality specifications;
Make boxes in boxing area and pack cheese from plastic trays into designated boxes;
Clean and sanitize equipment & production area using water, soap, chemicals, etc.;
Maintain production and cleaning chart records;
Follow safety procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices, and Quality Assurance standards
