Production Assistant

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in the paint industry, is seeking a dedicated Production Assistant to join their team. As a Production Assistant, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, supporting production operators and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production Assistant

Location: Houston, TX

Pay Range: $19

Shift: Days (06:00-15:00)

What's the Job?

• Assist Production Operators in manufacturing paint products by measuring and pre-batching raw materials
• Help with the addition of materials to mixing vessels, ensuring accuracy and safety
• Support the packaging process, including applying lids and stacking containers
• Perform heavy lifting of 50lbs-80lbs safely and efficiently
• Operate power lift equipment such as forklifts and work on elevated platforms as needed

What's Needed?

• Ability to work safely, following all PPE and handling protocols
• Physical capability to lift heavy loads and perform manual tasks
• Willingness to perform a variety of related duties as assigned
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
• No prior experience required; entry-level position
