Thermal Corporation is seeking a Night Shift Assembly Lead to supervise a small team responsible for building custom air handling units (AHUs). The role requires interpreting drawings, BOMs, and assembly instructions to maintain quality and efficiency on the night shift.
You will train and mentor assemblers, troubleshoot issues with Engineering, Production, and Quality, and ensure safety and adherence to specifications in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
