** 2nd Shift Assembler*
* For a manufacturing client based in Houston, TX, Adecco is recruiting 2nd Shift Assemblers to support production operations on a Monday through Saturday schedule from 2:15 PM to 10:15 PM. In this role, you will perform assembly tasks according to established standard operating procedures (SOPs), helping ensure that equipment and production facilities are used correctly and maintained appropriately. You will work with raw materials, components, and finished products, following defined material handling processes while adhering strictly to workplace safety protocols and guidelines.

This position requires strong attention to detail, reliable manual dexterity, and the ability to contribute effectively both independently and as part of a team.

** Benefits*
* + Weekly pay structure starting at $18 per hour for work performed on the 2nd Shift schedule from Monday through Saturday.

** What You Will Do?*
* + Perform assembly tasks according to standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring components and products are assembled accurately and consistently.

+ Support maintenance of equipment and production facilities by using tools correctly and reporting any issues impacting safe or efficient operation.

+ Maintain production efficiency by ensuring the smooth operation of hand tools, minimizing downtime, and working steadily to meet defined production targets.

+ Handle raw materials, components, and finished products by loading, unloading, and moving items safely and efficiently within the production area.

+ Follow all safety protocols and guidelines at all times, promptly reporting any safety hazards, incidents, or near misses to supervisors or designated safety personnel.

** Your Skills*
* + High school diploma or equivalent educational background, demonstrating basic foundational skills needed for manufacturing and assembly environments.

+ Previous manufacturing experience is preferred, with training provided to help you learn specific assembly processes and production procedures for this role.

+ Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity, enabling accurate handling of components and consistent completion of repetitive assembly tasks.

+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also contributing effectively as part of a team in a production setting.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to follow instructions, share updates, and interact professionally with supervisors and coworkers.

+ Basic understanding of safety protocols and procedures, including the importance of reporting hazards and following established guidelines in the production area.

+ Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies as production requirements, tools, or standard operating procedures (SOPs) evolve over time.

+ Familiarity with operating production hand tools, such as basic handheld equipment used in assembly, with the ability to follow usage and maintenance instructions.

** Pay Details:**  $18.00 per hour
