Position: Mechanical Assembler

Location: Houston, TX

Pay Rate: $15.00

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

As a Mechanical Assembler, you'll assemble industrial equipment and enclosures while ensuring every product meets quality and production standards.

• Assemble mechanical enclosures and components using hand and power tools
• Follow detailed work instructions, assembly drawings, and production procedures
• Modify and fit parts as needed to ensure proper alignment and assembly
• Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment
• Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and material handling equipment after certification
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining high quality standards
• Support additional production and assembly tasks as assigned
• Work overtime when production demands require

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of mechanical or electrical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Experience using hand tools and light power tools safely
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs. (with assistance when needed)

• Manufacturing or industrial assembly experience
• Experience operating forklifts or willingness to become certified
• Experience with overhead cranes or material handling equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
