Position: Mechanical Assembler
Location: Houston, TX
Pay Rate: $15.00
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
What You'll DoAs a Mechanical Assembler, you'll assemble industrial equipment and enclosures while ensuring every product meets quality and production standards.
Responsibilities- Assemble mechanical enclosures and components using hand and power tools
- Follow detailed work instructions, assembly drawings, and production procedures
- Modify and fit parts as needed to ensure proper alignment and assembly
- Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment
- Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and material handling equipment after certification
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Meet daily production goals while maintaining high quality standards
- Support additional production and assembly tasks as assigned
- Work overtime when production demands require
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of mechanical or electrical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Experience using hand tools and light power tools safely
- Ability to read and follow written work instructions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs. (with assistance when needed)
- Manufacturing or industrial assembly experience
- Experience operating forklifts or willingness to become certified
- Experience with overhead cranes or material handling equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Monday‑Friday first shift schedule

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
