The purpose of this position is to support the operator II position by loading and unloading of all rolls and following instructions provided by them for up to 2 production lines. It is an entry level position. In this position, the main focus will be reliability, consistency and working safely.

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Maintain 5S Program
• Unload and load all rolls for up to 2 geomembrane production lines
• Manage the rod line, grinder and other support equipment
• Ensure all rolls are labeled correctly and placed in the proper location

• Perform other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience required
• 1+years of work experience in manufacturing, preferred
• Read and interpret production schedules, instructions, and procedures
• Operate cranes and roll handling equipment
• Lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
• Climb to other levels and conduct work on thoselevels
• Plant environment with exposure to heat at times
• Works 12 hour shifts on a rotating shift basis
