Mustang Rental Services is hiring Rental Equipment Technicians/Mechanics across all skill levels for Shop Service and Field Service positions.

- Perform maintenance and repairs on Mustang's fleet of rental equipment.
- Must own proper tools to perform necessary repairs.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Previous mechanic work or military experience.
- Understanding of diesel, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to demonstrate technical, mechanical, and troubleshooting abilities to define and perform necessary repairs.
- Associate’s degree or certificate from a technical school.
- Mechanic experience on heavy and light construction equipment.
- Mechanic experience on aerial and man lift equipment.
- Technical experience with hydraulic pumps, valves, and motors.
- Welding experience.
Rental Equipment Technician/Mechanic levels and compensation rates are determined by skill set, knowledge, and experience.
