Job Title: Electronic Assemblers

Location: Houston, TX 77064

-Hire
Schedule: Mon - Thur. 7am
-5:30pm w/OT as needed on Friday and Saturday. (Great shift 4 day, 10 hour shifts)

Pay: $16.50/hr $17.50/hr

* Soldering Experience Preferred
* MUST be able to work with small parts *

• Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures
• Willing to cross train and work different departments and cells
• Assemble parts and components to required specifications and quality standards
• Perform machine setup and operate equipment as needed
• Conduct basic testing and inspection of assembled products
• Package finished products for shipment
• Follow all company Quality, Safety, and OSHA guidelines
• Participate in continuous improvement and safety programs (5S, Near Miss, etc.)
• Train team members on job functions and safety practices when needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

• Experience with assembly and testing processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience
• Electronic soldering experience
