W-Industries is seeking Tool Room Attendants to join their manufacturing facility in Houston. This role involves maintaining tool inventory, issuing and receiving equipment, and supporting technicians and production staff. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-focused, and experienced with forklifts in a fast-paced environment.

• Forklift experience required (certification preferred or ability to obtain certification)
• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing facility, fabrication shop, warehouse, or tool room environment
• High school diploma or GED
• Familiarity with industrial tools, shop equipment, and fabrication environments strongly preferred
• Basic computer skills for tracking inventory and maintaining records
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Ability to reach, use tools overhead, perform repetitive movements, stand for extended periods, walk, stoop, kneel, squat, crawl, twist, sit, balance, climb ladders/scaffolds, and move in confined spaces
• Ability to distinguish colors
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines

• Familiarity with industrial tools, shop equipment, and fabrication environments is strongly preferred
