** Role Overview
** The Production Operator supports manufacturing operations by ensuring the safe, accurate, and efficient movement, processing, and packaging of materials throughout the production process. This role contributes to operational performance by supporting blending activities, maintaining production records, and ensuring product quality standards are met. The position plays a key role in maintaining a safe, organized, and productive manufacturing environment. #
** Key Responsibilities*
* * Transport, stage, and handle raw materials to support uninterrupted production operations while minimizing waste and product loss.
* Weigh, measure, and add raw materials into production processes in accordance with established specifications and quality standards.
* Monitor material flow and coordinate with production and warehouse teams to maintain operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
* Complete production documentation, including material usage, lot tracking, scrap reporting, and packaging records.
* Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment safely while maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant work environment. #
** Required Qualifications*
* * High school diploma or GED with strong math skills.
* Ability to follow detailed instructions, work orders, and standard operating procedures.
* Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
* Strong self-motivation and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a manufacturing setting.
