What You'll Do

• Lead all day-to-day plant operations with responsibility for safety, quality, production performance, customer service, and overall operational efficiency.
• Develop, coach, and mentor a bilingual production team while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Manage production schedules, prioritize work orders, and ensure customer delivery commitments are met.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze production results, and implement corrective actions to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives including Gemba walks, daily management meetings, root cause analysis, and 8D problem-solving activities.
• Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations teams to resolve production challenges and improve workflow.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, ISO quality standards, and company safety policies while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
• Conduct employee performance evaluations, provide coaching and development, and support employee growth through ongoing training.
• Promote 5S and housekeeping initiatives while maintaining high operational standards throughout the facility.
• Review staffing, labor utilization, and plant performance to maximize productivity and operational success.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in both English and Spanish with the ability to effectively lead and communicate with a bilingual workforce.
• Proven leadership experience managing manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Hands-on leadership style with a passion for developing employees and building high-performing teams.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, Gemba, root cause analysis, and 8D methodology.
• Strong understanding of production scheduling, operational KPIs, quality systems, and cost management.
• Working knowledge of OSHA safety programs and ISO 9001 quality systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and production reporting systems.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and leadership experience.
