We are seeking a Material Handler II to join the Production Support team. This role is responsible for supporting Supply Chain and Materials Management operations by performing goods movement, inventory control, and material handling activities within a cGMP manufacturing environment. The Material Handler will support production operations by maintaining material availability, processing SAP transactions, operating equipment, and following Good Documentation Practices (GDP), cGMP requirements, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Cross-training across multiple operational areas will be provided to develop a comprehensive understanding of site operations.
- Maintain general supplies and stock materials to support daily production operations.
- Operate with a safety-first mindset while following all company safety procedures.
- Support material flow from Controlled Non-Classified (CNC) areas into classified production environments.
- Operate GMP autoclaves to prepare production supplies and documentation.
- Perform SAP material movement transactions accurately while ensuring compliance with cGMP requirements and SOPs.
- Prepare materials for production use, including decontamination, physical material transfers, and required system transactions.
- Complete ongoing training to expand operational knowledge across multiple production support areas.
- Successfully complete On-the-Job Training (OJT) for operational equipment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience working in a cGMP manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience using SAP.
