Production Associate I

Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)
Duration: Temp-to-Perm
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (Overtime required as needed; occasional Saturdays)

We are hiring experienced Food Production Associates to join a fast-paced production team. This role involves processing fresh-cut food products, operating production equipment, packaging orders, and maintaining quality and safety standards in a refrigerated production environment.

• Process fresh-cut food orders, including cutting, portioning, tumbling, packing, and palletizing.
• Operate production machinery and safely use knives.
• Package products to meet quality and delivery requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness of production and staging areas.
• Remove empty boxes and trash while keeping work areas organized.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
• Report safety concerns or incidents immediately.
• Support additional production tasks as assigned.

• 2 3 years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or food production.
• Experience working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to safely operate production equipment and knives.
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 15 60 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience in food production or meat processing.
• Industrial equipment certification (if applicable).

• Refrigerated production environment (approximately 38
  
  F).
• Repetitive, hands-on production work.
• PPE Required on Day 1: Steel-toe or composite-toe boots (above the ankle).
• PPE Provided: Cap, gloves, and smock.
