🚀 About the role

Bright Side Snacks is a fast-growing beverage and snack company using modern, high-end production equipment.

We’re looking for a hands-on Production Lead — someone who can run the shift, keep things moving, and be the point person when ownership isn’t on-site.

This is not a sit-back supervisor role — you’ll be leading by doing.

💪 What you’ll do

• Run day-to-day production operations
• Operate equipment and work on the line with the team
• Manage workflow, pace, and output
• Train and direct production staff
• Ensure quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards
• Troubleshoot issues and keep production moving
• Be the responsible lead on-site when management is not present

❄️ Work environment

• Cold and wet conditions
• Physical, hands-on work
• On your feet most of the shift
• Lifting up to ~30 lbs
