Location:

14905 Kirby Drive, Houston, TX 77047 Pay Range: $25-$29.25/hour, based on experience Shift: Day 12 hour rotating days, 2-3-2 days on, days off 6 month contract with potential for extension and/or permanent placement Weekly pay and healthcare benefits offered!

Job Description:

The Manufacturing Support Technician will be responsible for completing tasks in support of production and aseptic processing of clinical and commercial grade products. The technician will also be responsible for maintaining, stocking, and set-up of clean room environment.

Job Duties:

• Participates in supporting roles as part of GMP production of cell therapies including Cryopreservation of FDP, Filter Integrity Testing, and Visual Inspection.
• Coordinates autoclaving of supporting materials, components, and/or records for Manufacturing processes
• Operation of manual, semi-automated, and automated equipment in support of routine clinical and commercial production
• Operating equipment such as Controlled Rate Freezer SARTO, Heat Sealer, Autoclave, etc.
• Knowledgeable of GMP systems including LIMS, SAP, MODA-ES, Traka, etc.
• Routine inventory of related materials
• Other job duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
  - Required
• Previous experience in a manufacturing GMP setting
  - Required
• Previous experience in the biotech/pharma/life sciences/medical devices industry
  - Preferred
• Candidate may be subject to a 5-panel drug test (marijuana is included)
