Manufacturing Maintenance Technician/Admin job at Adecco US, Inc.. Houston, TX. Adecco Staffing is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join a fast‑paced manufacturing facility.

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on production equipment
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Assist with installation of new machinery and equipment
• Monitor, inspect, and test machinery to detect issues before they become major problems
• Maintain maintenance logs, work orders, and spare parts inventory
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Support the production team during line changeovers or production stops
• Work collaboratively with production, quality, and engineering teams to improve operational efficiency

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance manuals
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Willingness to work overtime, if needed

• Stand, bend, and reach frequently
• Comfortable working in a noisy manufacturing environment
