Salary: $41.00/hr

Shift: Dayshift 7am – 7pm, Midnight Shift 7pm – 7am – 4 on 4 off schedule

Role

Summary:

Our Supply group is responsible for brewing, packaging and shipping the famous Budweiser beer. The position operates brewery utilities systems, performs chemical analyses, manages processes, documents KPIs, supports utility optimization, and participates in emergency response.

Job Responsibilities
  • Operate Brewery Utilities systems including water tube boilers, steam distribution systems, ammonia industrial refrigeration, cold storage HVAC, compressed air, waste water treatment, and CO2 collection equipment
  • Perform boiler, cooling tower, and waste water chemical analysis
  • Responsible for process management, machine lubrication, housekeeping and sanitation
  • Document and respond to Key Performance Indicator (KPI) activities during shift of responsibility, using standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Respond to customer department requests for assistance with Utility system optimization and/or isolation
  • Work shift hours, including weekends, in a quality, food-processing environment
  • Active and certified participant in the brewery’s HAZWOPER emergency response team; willing to don respirator and PPE up to OSHA level A as required
Job Qualifications
  • First Grade Stationary Engineer License required
  • Familiar with automated process control systems
  • Experience desired with water tube medium pressure boilers; large-scale ammonia refrigeration systems; compressed air systems; cooling tower systems; CO2 gas collection and liquefaction systems
  • Maintenance experience preferred on compressors, centrifugal, PD pumps, blowers, valves, and heat exchangers
  • Experience with instrumentation desired
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Excel, Word)
  • Positive work attitude and self‑motivation
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a team‑oriented environment
