Lead Full Stack Engineer
This role is ideal for a Lead Full Stack Engineer who wants to drive technical direction without direct people management responsibilities. The successful candidate will provide hands-on technical leadership, lead key projects, mentor engineers, and influence architecture while working closely with executive leadership. Strong expertise in React, Node.js, and Type Script is required, along with proven experience across the full software development lifecycle, including CI/CD, Dev Ops, test automation, and deployment processes.
The engineer will play a critical role in modernizing existing platforms, building new solutions, and improving engineering practices within a collaborative team of developers. This will be a five days onsite opportunity in Houston, TX. Contract to hire.
- 7+ years of experience with Type Script, React, Nodejs
- Must have leadership or team lead experience
- Recent experience with CI/CD processes, deployment processes
- Some exposure to hardware integrations
- Leveraging AI tools day to day
