* For a manufacturing client in Houston, TX, we are seeking a Production Planner to coordinate daily production activities and support efficient, high-quality, and safe operations. This role is responsible for monitoring incoming raw materials and outgoing finished goods, supporting manufacturing order execution, resolving production incidents quickly, and maintaining inventory and stock control. The position works closely with production and quality control teams to ensure standards are met, delivery milestones are achieved, and continuous improvement initiatives are advanced.
The role also requires practical knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office, along with experience in a manufacturing or production environment and an understanding of production processes and equipment. English is required, and Spanish is desirable.

** What You Will Do?*
* + Coordinate daily manufacturing activities to support efficiency, quality, safety, and on-time delivery performance.
+ Oversee incoming raw material control and outgoing finished product control, ensuring proper identification and process execution.
+ Execute manufacturing orders and supervise the production team to confirm that each process is completed correctly.
+ Resolve production incidents as quickly as possible to avoid missed delivery deadlines and operational disruptions.
+ Manage inventory and stock control while supporting production targets and scheduled output objectives.
+ Lead continuous improvement initiatives in production processes using Lean Manufacturing and related methodologies.
+ Work closely with quality control teams to establish and maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
+ Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards in daily operations.
+ Provide training and support to production staff on new processes, equipment, and safety procedures.
** Your Skills*
* + Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required for this production engineering position.
+ Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment with strong knowledge of production processes and equipment.
+ Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
+ SAP knowledge is required to support production control and operational activities.
+
Experience with Microsoft Office is required for day-to-day documentation and coordination tasks.
+ English is required, and Spanish is desirable for communication in the work environment.
+ Strong communication, teamwork, proactivity, and problem-solving skills are important for this role.
+ Ability to maintain a safety mindset and support compliance with EHS values and procedures.

** Pay Details:** $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
