Pride Staff - - Responsibilities:
Program, set up, and operate Mazak Integrex i100 (or similar multi-axis/twin-spindle) machines.;
Utilize Mazatrol Smooth controls to perform daily machining tasks, make edits, and optimize programs.;
Execute complex operations involving simultaneous machining, live tooling, and full C-axis, B-axis, and Y-axis coordination.;
Perform comprehensive machine setups, including selecting and installing tooling, configuring advanced work holding, setting offsets, and running first-piece inspections.;
Read and interpret engineering drawings, complex blueprints, and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) specifications.
