This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a background in high-precision component manufacturing who thrives in a fast-paced environment where quality and extreme attention to detail are paramount.
You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of complex part production, from setup and programming to live-tool machining and final quality inspection.
Key Responsibilities- Program, set up, and operate Mazak Integrex i100 (or similar multi-axis/twin-spindle) machines.
- Utilize Mazatrol Smooth controls to perform daily machining tasks, make edits, and optimize programs.
- Execute complex operations involving simultaneous machining, live tooling, and full C-axis, B-axis, and Y-axis coordination.

- Strong mastery of Mazatrol Smooth controls and a deep understanding of multi-axis machining mechanics (C, B, Y-axis, live tooling).
- Demonstrated history of running high-precision parts with incredibly tight tolerances.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safe manufacturing practices.
