Mobile Equipment Operator

Lane Enterprises, a leader in the manufacturing and distribution of metal and plastic drainage products, is seeking a skilled Mobile Equipment Operator to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for maintaining the efficiency of our manufacturing operations by handling and transporting materials within our facilities. The ideal candidate will operate a variety of mobile equipment, including forklifts, cranes, and other material handling devices, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of products and materials.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, cranes, and other mobile equipment to transport materials and products within the facility.
• Inspect machinery before and after use, conducting basic maintenance and reporting any malfunctions.
• Follow safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure the secure handling of all materials.
• Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to optimize workflow and storage solutions.
• Keep accurate records of material movement to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials from trucks and other transportation devices.
