Overview
Trillium is hiring experienced Painter / Blasters for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a busy industrial facility in Houston.
Stable hours, overtime potential, and long-term opportunity available. Pay rate is $20–$24/hr DOE (+ $1.50 shift differential 2nd shift).
Schedule- 10-hour shifts, Monday–Friday (OT on Saturdays as needed)
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM (+$1.50/hr)
- Prep parts and surfaces for painting/blasting
- Perform abrasive blasting using industrial equipment
- Apply coatings with spray guns and pressure pots
- Complete touch-ups and finishing work
- 2+ years of industrial painting/blasting experience
- Experience with spray equipment and coatings
- Able to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
