Job Title
PAC is a leading global provider of advanced analytical instruments for laboratories and process environments in hydrocarbon processing industries.
Job DescriptionUnder direct supervision, loads and operates polishing equipment and performs light mechanical assembly of heater tube products using hand tools, fixtures, and documented work instructions. Verifies part condition against defined quality standards and completes required production documentation.
Essential Tasks & Duties:- Build, wire, and test electromechanical sub-assemblies and finished products to drawings, schematics, and documented work instructions.
- Fabricate and install pneumatic tubing, fittings, regulators, valves, and manifolds; bend tubing from 1/8 inch to 1/2 inch; perform leak checks and pressure verification to specification.
- Install and terminate wiring harnesses; perform soldering and de-soldering; verify continuity and point-to-point wiring against electrical schematics.
- Perform functional and final testing; troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical faults to the module or component level; document test results.
- Support new product introduction by assembling pilot and first-article units and providing structured feedback to Engineering on drawings, work instructions, and assembly methods.
- Rotate across multiple production lines as scheduling, product mix, and demand require.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration support for test fixtures and production equipment.
- Inspect incoming components and sub-assemblies from suppliers; label and properly handle nonconforming material.
- Use the ERP system to complete labor reporting, material transactions, and manufacturing and customer order steps.
- Submit engineering change requests and document process or drawing discrepancies as required.
- Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to Technician I personnel.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of required personal protective equipment.
- Respond to change productively and perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:
- (U.S.) Two-year technical degree in electronics, electromechanical technology, instrumentation, or a related field preferred. Equivalent military technical training or completed trade apprenticeship will be considered in place of a degree.
- Three or more years of hands-on experience in electromechanical assembly, instrumentation, test, or field service, including demonstrated pneumatic and electrical work.

- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and process flow diagrams.
