Industrial Chrome Plater Supervisor

Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Industrial Chrome Plater Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Houston, TX, 77087. In this role, you will oversee the chrome plating operations, ensuring high-quality standards and efficient production processes. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations of the chrome plating department, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Manage and train a team of plating technicians, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Monitor production schedules and workflow to meet customer demands and deadlines.

Conduct regular inspections of plating processes and equipment to maintain optimal performance.

Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

Maintain accurate records of production data, including quality control reports and inventory levels.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Address and resolve any issues that arise during the plating process promptly.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in metal finishing is a plus.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in chrome plating or a related field, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of plating processes, equipment, and safety regulations.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with production management software is a plus.
