Openwork is partnering with a leading manufacturing company in Northeast Houston to hire a Production Lead - 2nd Shift. This role leads daily production operations, supports multiple departments, and helps keep production on schedule with a strong focus on safety and quality.
You will inspect products, manage priorities, and fill in across areas as needed. A strong leader with 3-5 years in manufacturing and fluent English is required; OSHA safety knowledge is essential.
