CNC Copper Punch Operator

This full-time CNC Copper Punch Operator position offers competitive pay of up to $26 per hour on a reliable Monday through Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Working in a dynamic manufacturing environment, the ideal candidate will set up and operate CNC punch press machines to produce accurate copper components according to blueprints and job specifications. Core responsibilities include loading raw copper bars, installing dies and punches, inspecting finished parts using precision tools like calipers and micrometers, and performing basic machine maintenance.

Candidates should have hands‑on experience operating CNC punch presses—preferably with copper fabrication or electrical components—along with solid blueprint reading skills, basic CNC control knowledge, and the physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods.
