Automated Production Lines Project
A strategic project has just been won: the commissioning of automated production lines and robotic cells for an industrial client based in Houston. The equipment is designed and integrated in France — you will operate them on-site, within deadlines, and until complete stabilization. You are not there to supervise. You are there to ensure the line increases in performance and the client becomes autonomous when you leave.
What you will do concretely:
Install, start, and fine-tune the automated equipment directly on the client site. Adjust and optimize the Siemens automated programs and Fanuc robotic cells. Validate the performance of the lines: cycle time, quality, machine availability — the project objectives are non-negotiable. Diagnose and resolve malfunctions during the startup phase — quickly and effectively. Train the client teams (operators, maintenance, automaticians) on the use and troubleshooting of the installations.
Provide technical support until the complete stabilization of the equipment.
