- Help maintain inventory supply by checking stock to determine inventory level: anticipate needed supplies.
- Participate in a process of ongoing improvement to identify areas or processes to help improve the assembly and production areas and the company’s overall responsiveness to customers.
- Soldering of components.
- Accurately measure and mix resin/adhesive components to specified formulas and procedures.
- Assist in prototype builds to create and generate concepts for the improvement and development of designs and processes.
- Actively promote a positive safety culture within the facility, encouraging proactive identification and reporting of hazards.
- Duties and responsibilities of WL Assembler 1.
- All other duties as assigned.
Experience:
- Education:
- High School diploma or relevant work experience.
- Experience:
- 3+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with formation, evaluation, or testing processes in a production setting (advantageous).
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, torque tools, and testing equipment.
- Exposure to quality control procedures and inspection processes.
- Skills:
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical diagrams, and work instructions.
- Competence in assembling small or complex components with high precision.
- Basic understanding of electrical testing and measurement tools (e.g., multimeter, test rigs).
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations in manufacturing environments.
- Basic computer literacy (data entry, production tracking systems, ERP/MES systems).
- Ability to identify defects and perform basic troubleshooting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to follow structured processes consistently.
- Capability to work shifts (if required).
