We are seeking a Mold Press Operator to oversee and manage the operation of mold press machines within our newly established manufacturing department. This role is critical in ensuring the precision and quality of components produced for our real estate development projects.

As a Mold Press Operator, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of mold presses, adhering to strict quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate mold press machines to produce high-quality components for construction and development projects.
• Set up and configure machines according to specific blueprints and guidelines.
• Monitor the production process to ensure efficiency and adherence to safety and quality protocols.
• Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on mold presses to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot issues during the molding process and make necessary adjustments to equipment.
