Location:
Houston, TX Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour
Schedule:
1st Shift | 8 AM

Job Duties
- Set up and operate CTL machinery, shears, and related equipment.
- Review work orders and verify material specifications, sizes, and production requirements.
- Load, position, and move materials using forklifts and overhead cranes.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with customer specifications.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
- Perform basic preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment cleaning, and minor repairs.
- Record production data, quality checks, downtime logs, and material usage.
- Assist with packaging, labeling, material handling, and maintaining a clean work area.
Experience Requirements
- 2+ years of machine operation or manufacturing experience required.
- CTL or metal processing experience is a plus.
- Ability to read a tape measure (to 1/32") and use measuring tools.
- Detail-oriented, ability to follow procedures and complete paperwork as required.
- Good math skills with proficiency in precision measurements.
- Ability to speak, read and write English.
- Ability to read work orders and follow instructions.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude.
- Self-motivated, ability to perform work task independently.
- Excellent attendance, on-time, and dependable.
