Material Handler/Forklift
$17- $18
Night shift- 4pm- 4:30am
Essential Functions- Reads work order or follows oral instructions to ascertain materials or containers to be moved.
- Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, shelves, and trucking transportation.
- Loads materials into vehicles and installs strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit.
- Conveys materials from storage or work sites to designated area.
- Operates industrial truck or electric hoist to assist in loading or moving materials and products.
- Loads, unloads, and moves materials within or near plant, yard, or work site.
- Forklift/Pallet Jack/Truck operating experience moving tubular products (long) preferred.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
- Must be able to drive a forklift.
- Cover other departments as needed in shipping, receiving, and blend.
- 2 years related experience
