A popular Manufacturing / Production Company in Pasadena, TX is looking for Assemblers to join the team! The company is looking for Assemblers to start right away so Aerotek will provide a rapid interview process.

Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical assembly of switch gears and panels.
• Use hand tools and power tools to fabricate metal frames and enclosures.
• Assist with general labor tasks and material handling.

Location:

Pasadena, TX

Pay / Shift:

• $18 an hour
• Monday-Friday
• 6am-6pm!

Work Environment

Located in a medium-sized, clean, and organized shop with open bay doors and plenty of fans to keep the space ventilated. The production shop is fast-paced and busy, employing around 15 people per shift including machine operators, fabricators, QC, material handlers, and managers. Employees are expected to wear steel-toed boots, jeans, a work shirt, and safety glasses. The day shift operates Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, typically working 11 hours per day, 5-6 days a week.

There is also a night shift available from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $18.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
