Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking an experienced Paint Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of the paint and finishing department. The Supervisor will lead painters, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with Production, Quality and Engineering to keep projects on schedule.
The ideal candidate has strong industrial painting experience, knowledge of surface preparation and coating application, and proven leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
