The Manufacturing Operator plays a key role in producing high-precision hardware components. This position operates assembly lines, stamping equipment, and riveting machines to ensure products meet company quality standards while following SOPs in a fast-paced environment.
** Key Responsibilities*
* 1. Perform manual and semi-automated assembly with precise alignment.
2. Operate stamping machines, riveting equipment, and basic machinery.
3. Load raw materials and unload finished goods.
4. Perform riveting and fastening processes.
5. Conduct functional (sliding) tests.
6. Perform 100% visual inspection for defects.
7. Use measuring tools to verify tolerances.
8. Follow SOPs and work instructions.
9. Maintain a clean and organized (5S) workspace.
10. Monitor machines and report abnormalities.
11. Meet production, quality, and safety targets.
** Job Requirements*
* + Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or machine operation preferred.
+ Ability to operate machinery and hand tools.
+ Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
+ Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
+ Ability to lift
** 40-50 lbs (18-23 kg)** .
+ Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
+ Ability to read and follow instructions.
+ Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
** Pay Details:** $16.00 per hour
